As this blog is in its (very) early stages, I think I should take a moment to explain where I plan to go with this blog. I wanted a place where I could discuss usable web design, and evangelize internet standards. The site layout is also in its infancy, and as I discuss topics, I intend to implement my own recommendations into the design of this site. There is a lot of work to be done to make this site more user-friendly; topping my list of things to do is provide some content!

I also plan to comment on management practices, relate experiences with some of the management teams I have worked with in the past, offer commentary and review management books I have read, and build a collection of principles effective managers should consider.

My current goal is to add to this blog at least twice each week. This should become easier than it has been, as I’ve just finished a major project which was sapping most of my time.
